Yes—Rajababu Life & Light foundation is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Your contribution is eligible for up to 50% deduction. To claim, please keep your donation receipt and PAN on record.

From FY 2025-26 onward, you must attach Form 10BE (downloadable from the Income Tax portal) along with your donation receipt. Form 10BE confirms:

  • Institution’s name, PAN & 80G registration number
  • Donor’s name & PAN
  • Donation amount
  • Digital watermark for authenticity

Cash donations are eligible only up to ₹2,000; amounts above must be digital/cheque/demand-draft. Also, even if you donate more, you can claim up to 50% of the donation, capped at 10% of your Gross Total Income in that financial year.
